30-Day Returns
We want you to feel confident shopping with Amiapaw. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must have been purchased directly from amiapaw.com.
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be in like-new condition and show no signs of significant use, misuse, or damage.
- All original accessories, components, manuals, and other included items must be returned.
- Please keep the original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
Opening the package for inspection does not automatically make the product ineligible for return, provided that the product remains in like-new condition and meets the requirements above.
How to Start a Return

Please do not send products back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If you are returning a product because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a defective product, an item damaged during shipping, or an incorrect item sent by Amiapaw, we will cover the applicable return shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery.

Please provide your order number along with photos or other relevant information that can help us evaluate the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement, return, or refund.
Exchanges
If you would like a different product, model, or variation, please contact support@amiapaw.com.
Depending on the circumstances, the fastest option may be to return the original item and place a new order after the return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
Orders Purchased from Other Retailers
This return policy applies only to products purchased directly from amiapaw.com.
If you purchased an Amiapaw product through Amazon or another authorized retailer, please follow the return and refund policy of the retailer where the purchase was made.
